AVAILABILITY

The order process is definitively defined only with the electronic confirmation message from VAPE STARS. If for any reason it is not possible to complete it, there is communication from the company to the customer and in consultation the order is determined or cancelled.

a. Online Order:

In order to order the Company's Items, the Buyer must register on the website, select a username and password.

The Buyer will then be able to select the Item he wishes to purchase, with the desired characteristics (e.g. color, etc.) and quantity and add it to his cart.

The final price listed next to each product includes the statutory VAT. The listed prices do not include shipping costs. The total cost (including shipping costs) is confirmed at checkout.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment is possible via account, PayPal or credit card.

Alternatively, you can choose to pay by cash on delivery upon receipt of your goods (only valid for Greece and for parcels of small volume and weight sent by Courier).

MISSION

To transport the goods to the destination of your choice, we use two different ways depending on the size and weight of each order, always with the aim of safe, economical and immediate transport for you.

We use ACS Courier service or our company vehicles for small orders of low volume and weight. These types of shipments concern electronic cigarettes and small accessories. In this way we ensure economy due to small volume, while offering safe and fast transportation, as its completion is completed within 1 to 4 working days.

We use shipping agencies for large orders of large volume and weight. These types of shipments concern volume and heavy goods. Although more economical, this method is completed within 2 to 6 working days.

Our company will make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order. However, we cannot guarantee that there will be no delivery delays.

In any case, the company will contact you to verify your details and any details we need to know about the transfer.

RETURN OF GOODS

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and get a full refund, excluding shipping or any other costs. In this case you should contact VAPE STARS by phone or email.

If you decide to exercise this right, VAPE STARS will require you to return the goods you received refurbished, in their original packaging and with all necessary accessories (if any).

Goods returned faulty or worn or used will NOT be refunded.

After we have received the goods, a credit will be issued in your name, which will be credited to the Bank account you have registered with us. If you have ordered an item combined with other goods as part of an offer, then you will be required to return the other goods included in that offer.

If you receive a defective product, please notify us immediately (within 10 days) and we will repair or replace the item at our expense.

The aforementioned warranty does NOT cover defects caused by accident, negligence or unauthorized use.

If you receive an item that you did not order, you must notify us within 10 days so that we can proceed with an immediate replacement at our expense.

In any case, to exercise the right of return/replacement, the returned item must be refurbished, intact, in its original packaging and accompanied by all supplied accessories. Items that do not meet the above criteria will NOT be refunded.
